Our 6000+ sq foot facility is available for rental to community members. We especially promote rentals for performing artists as well as local art and education organizations for:

Our facility is handicapped accessible, seismically upgraded, and has been acoustically treated to minimize sound travel between rooms. There are two kitchens, restrooms, and an outdoor garden as well. Facility rental can include use of equipment such as instruments, sound systems, chairs, tables, white boards, and projectors. Performance Hall This very large room has a low platform stage with a grand piano. It is available for concerts, recitals, and other large events. Seating accommodates 75 people. Rates: $35-50 per hour |
Classrooms for Rent

Classroom 1 This 800 sq foot room is perfect large classes, workshops, and other events. It has two gand pianos, a sound system, high ceilings, and natural light from a bay of windows. |
Rates: $20-45 per hour

Classroom 2 This 400 sq foot room is equipped with a Steinway Grand Piano, a Kawai upright, multiple drum kits, and a multichannel mixer. Rent it for a medium sized class, workshop, or band/ensemble rehearsals. |

Classroom 3 This 300 sq foot room is equipped with three grand pianos. Ideal for piano practice and small rehearsals. |

Practice & Teaching Studios for Rent

Studios 1, 2, 3, 4 These are small private studios perfect for one-on-one instruction or duet/trio rehearsals. They are all equipped with upright pianos. Studio 2 also has a drum set. |
