Our 6000+ sq foot facility is available for rental to community members. We especially promote rentals for performing artists as well as local art and education organizations for:

Our facility is handicapped accessible, seismically upgraded, and has been acoustically treated to minimize sound travel between rooms. There are two kitchens, restrooms, and an outdoor garden as well. Facility rental can include use of equipment such as instruments, sound systems, chairs, tables, white boards, and projectors. Performance HallThis very large room has a low platform stage with a choice of a Yahama C7 Diskclavier or a Steinway “O” grand piano. There is a professional sound system with a multichannel mixer. It is available for concerts, recitals, and other large events. Seating accommodates 75 people.Rates: $40-50 per hour |

Classroom 1This 800 sq foot room is perfect large classes, workshops, and other events. It has an upright piano, a sound system, high ceilings, and natural light from a bay of windows. |

Classroom 2This 400 sq foot room is equipped with a Steinway Grand Piano, a Kawai upright, a drum kit, and a multichannel mixer. Rent it for a medium sized class, workshop, or band/ensemble rehearsals. The back door exits into our garden! |

Classroom 3This 300 sq foot room is equipped with a Kingsbury grand, a Steinart grand, a drum kit, and a sound system. Ideal for medium-sized classes, and band/ensemble rehearsals. |

Practice & Teaching Studios for Rent

Studios 1, 2, and 3These are small private studios perfect for one-on-one instruction or duet/trio rehearsals. They are all equipped with sound systems and upright pianos. Studio 2 also has a drum set, and Studio 3 has a grand piano as well. |

Conference RoomThis 200 sq foot room is perfect for meetings, conferences, and small classes (8 persons maximum). There are no instruments in the conference room. |
